About The Position

Three Rivers Park District is seeking to fill Seasonal Outdoor Recreation Educator positions at Mississippi Gateway Regional Park in Brooklyn Park, MN. This position is responsible for conducting outdoor recreation programs which support Park District efforts to increase public understanding and awareness of outdoor recreation opportunities, foster environmental stewardship, and the appreciation, enjoyment, and utilization of Park District facilities and resources. This position is responsible for co-leading rafting trips on the Mississippi River and has an anticipated start date of May 27, 2026, with an end date of August 14, 2026. A natural resources-based park system, Three Rivers Park District manages more than 27,000 acres of parks and trails in the Twin Cities area. Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED plus at least one year of experience or related training.

Nice To Haves

  • Bachelor’s degree in outdoor recreation or related fields or education and experience equivalent to the degree preferred.
