In June 2025, AU transformed and expanded its softball business by launching the Athletes Unlimited Softball League (AUSL), a premier professional women’s softball league. In 2026, additional teams have been added, converting to a fully city-based model, bringing in team owners, and building out ancillary business, fan and partner engagement opportunities. Athletes Unlimited is seeking hardworking, passionate, and committed individuals to join the AUSL Pro Shop Seasonal Operations Staff (SOS) in various cities this summer. These individuals will play a vital role in game day and/or practice operations. In this role, you will help drive the fan experience through retail sales and floor maintenance while assisting with the full lifecycle of shop operations. Candidates must be local to their respective markets for the duration of the season. The season will run from June to the end of July for most markets. In Rosemont, the season will run from June to the end of August.
