About The Position
As a Seasonal Operations Associate at JCPenney, you will play a crucial role in creating an outstanding customer experience by performing various operations functions within the store. This position is designed for individuals who enjoy staying active and working with their hands. You will be part of a task team that operates primarily in the early morning hours, ensuring that everything is in place before the store opens. Your responsibilities will include executing pricing and signing on merchandise, replenishing and restocking the store, and maintaining backroom standards.
