As an Operations Admin, you will be responsible for providing district(s) operational and hiring support, ordering supplies, and general administrative duties as related to the overall office's operations. You will provide seasonal hiring support in the H&R Block applicant tracking system and administrative support to the District Operations Coordinator (DOC) supporting the overall district(s) offices. You will also provide hands-on Tax Office Associate support with Preparer Tax Identification Number (PTIN) renewal/payment, receive communication from offices regarding supplies, facilities, or support, and document and resolve issues as needed. Additionally, you will communicate with DOC/DGM/Field Associates around Administrative Support Tasks, source vendors for local facility tickets, review and verify invoices, maintain a technical working knowledge of systems used to support district(s), and attend training related to the effective and efficient performance of job duties.
