As an Operations Admin, you will be responsible for providing district(s) operational and hiring support, ordering supplies, and general administrative duties as related to the overall office's operations. Day to day you'll provide seasonal hiring support in the H&R Block applicant tracking system and administrative support to the District Operations Coordinator (DOC) supporting the overall district(s) offices. You will also provide hands-on Tax Office Associate support with Preparer Tax Identification Number (PTIN) renewal/payment, receive communication from offices who have a concern or a need around supplies, facilities, or support, document the nature of the problem, research solutions, and resolve issues or escalate to DOC, Company Support Manager (CSM), or District General Manager (DGM) as needed. Additionally, you will communicate with DOC/DGM/Field Associates around Administrative Support Tasks, source vendors for local facility tickets, review and verify invoices, maintain a technical working knowledge of systems used to support district(s), attend training related to the effective and efficient performance of job duties, and perform other duties as assigned by the DOC or in partnership with the CSM.
