About The Position

This position is a seasonal on-call role, primarily needed for driving from April to September, with additional on-call requirements as needed. As a key member of the Land O’Lakes, Inc. transportation team, you will be responsible for transporting agricultural materials to customers and various locations within an assigned regional area. This is a local driving position, ensuring you are home nightly. Requirements

Must be 21 years or older
Possesses valid driver’s license including: Class A Commercial Driver’s License (CDL)
Ability to attain HAZ-MAT licensure
Additional endorsements may also be required
1+ years of commercial driving experience
Basic computer and math skills
Able to read, write, comprehend, follow verbal and written instructions
Willingness to learn new skills, problem-solve and troubleshoot
Strong collaboration, communication skills, and is always respectful

Forklift experience

Responsibilities

Follows all driving and safety policies
Complies with FMCSA and DOT regulations of drivers
Complies with all safety processes and insists on safety practices of self and others
Shows up on time, completes tasks by deadlines, and adapts to changes quickly
Ensures all standard operating procedures are followed
Successful forklift certification required
