About The Position

Hilldrup has an immediate need for a peak season office associate to provide a variety of clerical and administrative functions and communication duties necessary for the efficient operation of the assigned department. Department assignments can include Accounting, Customer Service, International, Marketing, Quality, Operations, Risk Management, Information Services, and Shop (Fleet Maintenance).

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent work experience
  • Minimum of 6 months clerical and/or administrative experience
  • Excellent organizational and prioritization skills
  • Attention to detail
  • Ability to work in a fast paced, high-pressure work environment
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to work effectively individually and as part of a team
  • Ability to deliver exceptional customer service
  • Proficient with Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint
  • Able to work overtime when necessary
