About The Position

Three Rivers Park District is seeking to fill Seasonal Naturalist positions at Baker Outdoor Learning Center in Maple Plain, MN. This position is responsible to develop and conduct, under direction, interpretive programs that will increase the public's awareness of their surrounding environment and foster the appreciation, enjoyment and utilization of Three Rivers Park District facilities. A natural resources-based park system, Three Rivers Park District manages more than 27,000 acres of parks and trails in the Twin Cities area. It takes a dedicated team of full-time, part-time and seasonal employees to provide the high-quality opportunities and facilities that Three Rivers provides. Requirements

  • High School Graduate or Graduate Equivalency Degree (GED) and at least one year of experience or related training OR any combination of education and experience equal to the above
  • Experience with and knowledge of working cross culturally
  • working with diverse middle and high school aged youth

Nice To Haves

  • Bachelors degree in a related area preferred.
