We are recruiting for Seasonal Mobile Medical Receptionists to work either on our mobiles or in the office. Dates of position: Beginning of July- end of August
Requirements
- No experience required.
- Full training provided
- Ability to multitask
- Excellent interpersonal skills and customer service skills
- Eligible to Work in the US
Responsibilities
- Greets patients and visitors in a positive and helpful manner either on the mobiles or in the office.
- Checks in patients and Schedules patient appointments using the eClinical Works scheduling system
- Confirms, cancels and reschedules appointments as directed
- Complies with applicable policies and procedures
- Contributes to organizational operations by performing other duties as may be required
