Position Summary The Manager, Seasonal Marketing Strategy supports the planning and delivery of seasonal marketing campaigns that drive customer engagement and business results. This role turns seasonal strategies into clear, well‑executed marketing moments by partnering across teams and managing day‑to‑day campaign execution. Over time, this position builds the experience needed to take on broader ownership of seasonal strategy. Requirements

  • 3 or more years of marketing experience in brand, retail, or consumer marketing
  • 2 or more years of experience supporting retail marketing or agency marketing work
  • Hands‑on experience executing marketing campaigns and working with cross‑functional teams
  • Exposure to digital marketing and campaign performance measurement
  • Strong communication, organization, and project management skills

  • Experience working in a large, matrixed organization
  • Experience supporting marketing tied to seasonal events or peak retail periods
  • Experience collaborating on new product or brand launches
  • Ability to develop and apply brand storytelling across multiple marketing channels

Responsibilities

  • Execute seasonal marketing campaigns from planning through launch, ensuring alignment with brand standards and business priorities
  • Partner closely with merchandising, creative, media, analytics, and channel teams to deliver a consistent customer experience across stores and digital channels
  • Translate customer insights, performance data, and market trends into clear recommendations that improve seasonal campaigns
  • Track campaign results and share key learnings to inform future seasonal planning
  • Manage timelines, dependencies, and deliverables across assigned seasonal initiatives, escalating risks when needed
