UTZ Quality Foods is hiring Seasonal Manufacturing Associates to support our Manufacturing Team across multiple shifts in Hanover, PA. We have opportunities on Weekdays, Weekends, Day and Night shifts, giving you options to match your schedule. These roles help us meet peak production demands and are an excellent way to gain experience in manufacturing while exploring future opportunities with UTZ. Tailored to Your Strengths: During your prescreen call, one of our Talent Coordinators will review your skills and experience with you and discuss which options are the best fit. This means you’re not limited to just the position you apply for, you’ll be considered for all open roles. Your offer will be tailored around your strengths, with opportunities in areas such as material handling, forklift operation, machine operating and quality assurance.
Requirements
- 18 years or older (or High School graduate)
- Basic math and English reading skills
- Ability to work 3–4 twelve-hour shifts per week (not rotating)
- Reliable transportation
- Able to lift up to 25 lbs and stay on your feet throughout the shift
- Team-oriented and able to work independently
