Summary: Under the direction of a Radiologist, Facility Manager performs mammography procedures according to protocols established according to the ACR and FDA, at a technical level requiring supervision of technical detail. Performs screening and diagnostic procedures using either 2D or 3D technical radiographic procedures that will require judgement and initiative to apply prescribed ionizing radiation for radiological diagnosis. Assumes responsibility for designated area or procedures as required. This level III position includes Mammography Specialist and Mammographers who perform stereotactic guided breast biopsies.
