About The Position
As a Seasonal Maintenance Crew Member, you will work independently or as part of a 2-person crew maintaining residential and commercial properties. This is a hands-on, outdoor position that includes mowing, edging, blowing, bed maintenance, and project work while meeting company quality and efficiency standards.
Requirements
- Valid Washington State Driver’s License
- Clean, insurable driving record (MVR required)
- Ability to lift up to 60 lbs.
- Ability to walk, push, pull, bend, reach, and squat for extended periods
- Experience operating mowers, edgers, blowers, and other lawn equipment
- Must be 18 years of age or older
Nice To Haves
- Truck and enclosed trailer experience preferred
Responsibilities
- Follow procedures and direction from management
- Complete daily routes efficiently while meeting quality expectations
- Use appropriate equipment for each job site as specified
- Report equipment issues promptly to the Shop Manager
- Participate in on-the-job training, safety instruction, and equipment operation training
- Maintain a self-motivated, professional attitude
- Wear required uniforms and personal protective equipment at all times
- Maintain reliable transportation to and from work
