That's why we're looking for a Machine Operator II to join our direct-to-garment (DTG) printing team to help keep our operations running smoothly.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED equivalent.
  • 1-2 years of relevant work experience.
  • An understanding of technical printing.

Responsibilities

  • Operate and troubleshoot state of the art computer-controlled printing equipment.
  • Multi-task with 2 to 4 machines while maintaining high attention to detail and quality output.
  • Follow instructions and production schedules as well as adhere to all standard operating procedures and meet the expected production goals.
  • Assist in training other employees.
  • Maintain equipment and make sure they are set up properly, working well, and producing a quality product throughout your shift.
  • Work as a team with other operators to ensure machines are running efficiently during your shift.
  • Think critically and solve basic mechanical or software problems with machines that may be malfunctioning.
  • Load, position, and adjust unprinted materials in equipment loading and feeding mechanisms and also unload properly to maintain quality of product before curing.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
