About The Position

Enterprise Mobility is seeking a responsible, dedicated person to join our team as a part time Seasonal Lot Driver. This position pays $16 / hour and is located at the Medford Airport (MFR), 1000 Terminal Parkway Loop 109, Medford, OR 97504. As a seasonal employee, employment cannot exceed 180 days during the defined season of May 2025 and ending in October 2025. A 13 consecutive weeks break in service at the end of the season is required prior to working again as a seasonal or a regular employee. Must have open availability to work evenings and weekends! Requirements

• Must have a valid driver's license with no more than 2 moving violations and/or at-fault accidents on driving record in the past 3 years.
• No drug or alcohol related conviction on driving record in the past 3 years.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States and not require work authorization sponsorship by our company for this position now or in the future.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Seasonal employees may work for up to 180 days during a defined season.

Responsibilities

• Transport fleet cars and vans to and from rental locations.
• Drive cars from one location to another on the rental car lot premises.
• Drive rental car returns to the car wash or 'quick turn area' for cleaning and then transport back to the customer site for re-renting.
• Operate the motor vehicle in accordance with all company and customer policies and adhere to state motor vehicle laws.
• Respond to directions given by dispatch to deliver vehicles to the appropriate location.
• Maintain strong customer service, both internally and externally.
• Follow specific customer policies for preparing vehicles for rental.
• Meet productivity standards and benchmarks in assigned location.
• Move vehicles that are out of service to an outside facility when necessary.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
