About The Position

The Lot Attendant at Towne Park plays a crucial role in delivering exceptional hospitality services while managing parking operations. This position involves accurately collecting and reconciling revenue, parking reports, and providing attentive service to guests. The Lot Attendant is responsible for parking and retrieving vehicles, ensuring guest satisfaction, and maintaining the security of customer information. Requirements

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Must be at least 18 years of age and pass a criminal background check and drug screen.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record required.
• 1-3 months of related experience or equivalent combination of education and experience preferred.
• Customer service experience preferred.
• Ability to drive manual transmission and perform parallel parking.

Nice To Haves

• Experience with register/computer systems preferred.
• Ability to read and write in standard English.
• Ability to effectively present information in one-on-one and small group situations.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a pleasant, friendly, and professional demeanor with all guests and co-workers.
• Acknowledge and greet guests immediately, using their last name when appropriate.
• Provide information about the surrounding area and main attractions to guests as needed.
• Stack vehicles when necessary, ensuring proper security of keys and safe retrieval of vehicles.
• Collect and reconcile revenue accurately, providing receipts upon request and completing shift reports.
• Obtain information about daily events and rates to be charged, maintaining claim checks and guest folio archives.
