About The Position

The Lift Truck Driver is responsible for locating and moving inventory throughout the facility to ensure the timely processing of customer orders. This role typically reports into the Operations Supervisor and is based in our Stockbridge Distribution Center. Lock Inventory to Lost and communicates with the Inventory Department. Responsible for observing housekeeping, safety and C-TPAT compliance in assigned area of responsibility; Stay within compliance of the company policies regarding safety. Work with Wave Planning, Inventory Control, and Training to ensure the adherence of area processes. Perform other tasks as assigned, including pulling during low volume periods. Support the Coordinator/Supervisor in all duties as assigned including all operational areas of the Distribution Center.

Requirements

• Must be able to operate an order picker or reach truck.
• Must pass the lift driver and safety certification.
• Basic knowledge of WMOS, including scanner tasks and functions.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds repetitively.
• Ability to scan with RF equipment.
• Ability to bend, twist, and be on feet for shifts up to 12 hours long.
• Ability to communicate clearly and effectively with others.
• Flexibility to work overtime and comply with blackout periods during peak periods.

Nice To Haves

• 1-2 years’ experience operating equipment in an automated, fast-paced distribution environment.
• Efficiently handle tasks to include material handling and stock movement.
