As a Seasonal Lifeguard at SwimRVA North, your role is all about ensuring a safe and enjoyable environment for everyone! You'll be the vigilant guardian of our patrons, guests, and fellow employees, safeguarding their experience throughout the facility. In addition to monitoring the water, you'll pitch in to maintain facility cleanliness, keeping our aquatic haven pristine and inviting. Your responsibilities won't stop there! You'll also play a crucial part in the general operations of our facility, contributing your skills to assist with the setup and load out of world-class events that will leave a lasting impression on our community. Requirements
- A positive attitude and work ethic
- Candidates must be at least 16 years old
- Current American Red Cross Lifeguarding certification preferred or willing to obtain through the SwimRVA Safety School
- Able to work during the months of mid-April through the end of September
- Able to work outdoors at our SwimRVA North location
