About The Position
Lead GTS Kids Camp Counselor assists Director of Tennis with running a smooth operation of the GTS (Golf - Tennis - Swim) Camp.
Requirements
- Previous experience working with kids is preferred.
- CPR & First Aid Certifications.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Lifeguard certification is required.
Responsibilities
- Must adhere to the company’s Service culture – 4 Keys to creating guests for life.
- Must actively participate in team member referral program and be a Talent Ambassador for Silverado Resort.
- Must participate in all resort required meetings and trainings.
- Maintain high standards of personal appearance and grooming, which includes wearing the proper uniform/business attire and nametag.
- Successfully engages and redirects the attention of multiple children during ongoing exercises and activities.
- Must participate in all resort required meetings and trainings.
- Ensure kids are safe at all times.
- Monitoring signing in and our records.
- Ensure kids have their equipment and personal belongings.
- Adhere to kids’ lunch and pool schedule.
- Support the tennis team and assist as needed.
- Abide by all resort policies and safety rules.
- Perform other duties as requested by management.
