We take our work seriously. Ourselves not so much. We are a locally owned Lawn Doctor franchise serving Fairfield, New Haven, and surrounding counties. Our technicians are the face of our company. They work independently, follow clear procedures, and take pride in doing things the right way. Please note this job doesn't start until mid-end March. This is not a landscaping job. This is not mowing. This is a professional lawn care position. Responsibilities
- Service residential lawns using professional equipment and products.
- Follow route schedules and service instructions exactly.
- Operate and maintain equipment safely and responsibly.
- Communicate professionally with customers when needed.
- Communicate respectfully and in a timely manner with office and team members.
- Apply products accurately and safely.
- Document work clearly and correctly.
- Keep your truck, equipment, and uniforms clean.
- Follow all safety, PPE, and handling procedures.
- Represent the Lawn Doctor brand with confidence and professionalism.
