About The Position
As the Seasonal Laundry Attendant, you may look forward to: Seasonal positions with the opportunity for full-time and part-time employment based out of our Carolina Beach or Wrightsville Beach locations. Running the appropriate mix of linens and bedding to ensure that there are no shortages of items Folding and packaging the clean linens to be distributed to rental properties Work well with others or independently as needed Required to work in a processing and distribution facility. Other duties as assigned. You are a person that (required skills): Customer focus with strong attention to detail Positively represent Bryant Real Estate to all guests and homeowners Is able to work without direct supervision Positive attitude, team player, and willing to learn Effectively communicate via verbal and written language Ability to work weekends and most holidays Physically you can anticipate to: Express or exchange ideas by means of the spoken word via email and verbally Able to lift 30 pounds and exert 30+ pounds of force Use your arms and legs, and standing for extended periods of time. Standing, bending, stooping, twisting, and reaching.
