About The Position
Monarch is hiring Seasonal Landscapers for full-time work in the Muskegon, Michigan area, offering competitive pay starting at $20/hour with potential for overtime and minimal weekend requirements. The company emphasizes a caring ownership and has an expansive presence across 25 states in property management. The schedule is Monday - Friday, 8 A.M. to 5:00 P.M. (dayshift hours). Seasonal positions are available for immediate hire.
Requirements
- 2+ years’ experience in professional landscaping
- Must have valid driver’s license and reliable transportation to and from work
Responsibilities
- Perform general labor working on projects of various sizes and complexity, performing various landscape, lawn care, lawn maintenance and grounds care functions
- Assist in Make Ready / Turning Units in between tenant occupancy
- Maintain multiple apartment communities full landscaping duties under the guidance of a supervisor
- Operate equipment such as 0 turn mowers, trimmers, edgers and leaf blowers
