Seasonal Laborer - Parks & Rec
About The Position
Performs grass cutting, lawn care and other grounds maintenance at City owned/operated facilities. Work Hours: This position will work a designated schedule established by the Department Head. It is also expected this position will work other hours including nights, weekends and/or holidays and/or in adverse weather conditions as necessary or requested in order to fulfill the City's vision and/or to accomplish departmental goals. Qualifications: To perform this job successfully, applicants should be able to perform each essential duty in an efficient, effective and safe manner. Responsibilities
- Cuts and trims grass using various fuel and hand held tools and equipment.
- Picks up and discards tree branches, debris and/or items.
