As a Seasonal Key Holder, you will be a frontline leader, bringing the brand to life during the busiest time of the year, from November through mid-January. You will support exceptional customer experiences, maintain visual standards, and ensure smooth day-to-day store operations during the holiday season. This role involves taking ownership of opening and closing responsibilities, supporting the team through peak traffic, and creating a welcoming environment that reflects the spirit of Topdrawer. This opportunity is ideal for someone passionate about creativity and customer service who thrives in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. Seasonal employees must be available to work throughout the duration of the holiday season (November – mid-January), and requests for time off during this period cannot be accommodated.
