Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Ability to handle and restrain various sizes of dogs and cats
• Strong attention to detail and a genuine love for animals
• Good communication skills and the ability to work well in a team environment

Nice To Haves

• Previous experience working with animals preferred

Responsibilities

• Feed and water animals according to schedules and feeding instructions
• Walk and exercise animals in designated areas
• Clean and maintain kennel areas, including removal of waste and sanitizing kennels
• Groom animals as needed, including bathing, brushing, and nail trimming
• Monitor the health and well-being of animals, reporting any concerns to the supervisor
• Provide general support to other staff members as needed
