About The Position
We are seeking an experienced, motivated Seasonal Kennel Assistant to join our team. The successful candidate will share our commitment to delivering exceptional service to our loyal clientele and the highest quality care to their boarded and hospitalized pets. Must be available to work weekends and holidays (Memorial day, Independence Day, and Labor day) during the summer months. This position is for the seasonal months (Memorial Day - Labor Day) with the possibility of turning into a fulltime position after Labor Day. Requirements
- Must be available to work weekends and holidays (Memorial day, Independence Day, and Labor day) during the summer months.
- Eligible applicant must be available to cover evening shifts, weekends and holidays.
Responsibilities
- Cleaning Kennels.
- Feeding and caring for dogs and cats.
- Walking dogs.
- Bathing dogs.
- Doing laundry and dishes.
- Cleaning and maintaining hospital premises.
- Assisting doctors and technicians when necessary.
- Administer medication to boarders
- Speaking on the phone, making reservations
- Checking clients out and taking payment
