Our Internship Program is designed to offer each intern the maximum amount of exposure to the construction industry during your summer with us. To accomplish this, we will have you spend half your time in the office working with a Project Manager and the rest of your time in the field working with a Superintendent. We intentionally conduct a 30-day informal review to make sure you’re getting the most out of your experience with us. We also value work-life balance and have a company culture that is carefully cultivated to live out our values and build connectivity amongst team members. In addition to direct interaction with executives, we involve our interns in several company social events from white water rafting to rooftop yoga and more. Our program also provides housing for interns and offers unique perks and learning opportunities like Safety Ride-Along Day, Jobsite Tours, and #BuildingforBetter Day, a day dedicated to building a better community through volunteering and stewardship with our annual philanthropic beneficiary.
