The HBI Innkeeper is a working management position and is responsible for the training and execution of our Housekeeping and Guest Services teams. This position requires an individual to actively participate throughout the property on a daily basis. The Innkeeper works as part of a team to deliver hospitable service that is attentive, friendly, efficient, and courteous, while maximizing room revenue and occupancy. Major responsibilities include servicing accommodations according to property procedures, training new team members in job functions and standards, and supporting the Housekeeping team and Guest Services in the absence of the General Manager. This position requires strong attention to detail and the ability to work without constant direct supervision.
