Requirements

• 1–2 years of experience in housekeeping, custodial work, or a related field
• Ability to speak, read, and write English to utilize electronic systems and communicate effectively with guests and colleagues
• Ability to safely lift, push, and pull items up to 30–120 lbs., bend, stand, and walk for up to 8 hours
• Clean driving record with no moving violations in the past 3 years
• Strong time management, ability to prioritize workload, and work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment

Responsibilities

• Maintain cleanliness of public areas, guest room hallways, foyers, stairwells, and other assigned spaces
• Pick up and deliver clean and dirty linens from locker rooms, pools, guest areas, and Life Enhancement Centers
• Restock linen closets, amenities, and housekeeping supplies, assisting room attendants as needed
• Empty soiled linens, trash, and recyclables, and respond to special guest requests in a timely and professional manner
• Perform general cleaning tasks, including vacuuming, dusting, mopping, spot-cleaning walls and doors, and maintaining overall organization
