About The Position

We are seeking a highly energetic, hands-on Housekeeping Supervisor for our Beach Club location. The Housekeeping Supervisor will be responsible for supervising and assisting the Beach Club Housekeeping staff to maintain the overall cleanliness of the Beach Club. Primary areas of responsibility will be Beach Club Locker Rooms, Bathrooms, Rotunda, Gun Club restaurant, and all common areas.

Requirements

• Trained in proper chemical handling and Blood Borne Pathogens handling techniques preferred
• Ability to communicate in conversational English preferred
• Must be able to work a variable schedule, including weekends and holidays
• Must present professional appearance and attitude at all times, maintaining a high level of member service
• Must have ability to follow routine verbal and written instructions
• Must have excellent interpersonal skills and desire to assist Members and team members
• Working across various Beach Club areas, both indoors and outdoors.

Responsibilities

• Manage weekly staff scheduling and coordinate staff assignments
• Maintain stock of supplies (toilet paper, paper towels, soap, etc.) across Beach Club, restocking in a timely manner as necessary
• Clean all Club bathrooms, sinks, mirrors, and showers using proper cleaning methods and supplies
• Perform regular checks of all assigned areas, ensuring cleanliness levels and supply stocks are maintained
• Clean Rotunda furniture and ensure area is organized at all times
• Report all Member concerns to Beach Club Manager
• Complete additional assignments as assigned by Beach Club Manager
