Responsibilities

• Clean all areas of the store including floors, windows, restrooms, and trash receptacles following Kohl's best practices and standards.
• Utilize only approved chemicals, supplies, and equipment to ensure a safe and clean environment.
• Maintain levels of company-approved chemicals and supplies by placing orders to replenish when supplies are low.
• Complete and maintain required training for chemical, equipment, and maintenance.
• Routinely complete basic equipment maintenance following company guidelines.
• Effectively use Kohl's tools and technology to plan, communicate, and share information with the store team.
• Support the operations team to receive and process product, execute stockroom operations, and omni channel fulfillment when needed.
• Engage customers by greeting them and offering assistance with products and services.
• Act with integrity, honesty, and foster teamwork in an engaged and inclusive culture.
• Exercise good judgment and discernment when making decisions; take appropriate partners as needed.
• Demonstrate a customer service mindset, anticipating customer needs and satisfactorily resolving issues.
• Meet or exceed individual goals (e.g., productivity, credit, loyalty).
• Accomplish multiple tasks within established timeframes.
• Follow company policies, procedures, standards, and guidelines.
• Maintain adherence to company safety policies for the safety of all associates and customers.
• Receive, understand, and proactively respond to direction from supervisors/managers and other company personnel.
