About The Position

Essential Responsibilities : Seasonal position Drive to properties to conduct cleaning inspections Cleaning when necessary Communicate damages, repair and service requests via our work order system Check stocking levels Comply with health and safety regulations and act in line with company policies, procedures and standards Other duties as assigned Minimum Required Skills & Competencies: Proven working experience in relevant field Ability to work independently and remain motivated Attention to detail Great customer service and professionalism Time management skills Effective communicator Punctual to work and great attendance Dependable transportation Ability to work weekends and holidays to support business needs Valid drivers license and clear driving record Desired Skills & Competencies : Experience within the field preferred. Physical Requirements: Express or exchange ideas by means of the spoken word via email and verbally Frequent twisting, bending, stooping, reaching, pulling, walking, standing, and the ability to climb several steps Exert 50+ pounds of force occasionally, use your arms and legs, and stand most of the time Have close visual acuity to perform activities such as analyzing data, viewing a computer terminal, reading, and preparing documentation Subject to internal and external environmental conditions The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential responsibilities of this job.
