At Soho House, a Host is a primary point of contact for members, guests, and staff, responsible for greeting them before they are seated for their dining experience. This role involves greeting guests, managing high-volume incoming calls, and creating reservations for the Club or its Food & Beverage operations/restaurants. The Host must possess strong organizational and people skills to ensure a positive experience from arrival to departure, providing excellent service through friendliness, professionalism, and efficiency. An experienced Host may also be responsible for training other reception team members on service standards and processes. Key duties include mastering the phone system, maintaining a warm and friendly disposition, ensuring all anticipated covers are accounted for, and preparing tables for reservations. This is a seasonal position, expected to run from May through September.
