About The Position
We are looking for friendly and organized Seasonal Hosts to be the first point of contact for guests at The Point from May through October. You will be responsible for greeting guests, managing waitlists, and ensuring a smooth seating process.
Requirements
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Must be able to stand for extended periods.
- Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Nice To Haves
- Prior host or customer service experience preferred.
Responsibilities
- Greet guests warmly and manage reservations/waitlists.
- Guide guests to their tables and provide menus.
- Communicate wait times effectively.
- Assist in maintaining a clean and organized entrance and dining area.
- Work closely with servers and management to ensure smooth service.
- Other duties, as assigned.
