Buildings & Grounds Basic repairs, snow removal (seasonal), landscaping, and overall facility and grounds maintenance. Activities & Recreation Family programs, crafts, archery, climbing, biking, ropes courses, mini golf, roller rink, lifeguarding, day camp, environmental/outdoor education, hiking programs, and Nordic operations. Camp Chief Ouray (Summer Camp) Counselors, program specialists, activity leaders, and support roles in a traditional residential camp setting. Front Desk / Guest Services Guest check-in, activity information, and excellent customer service. Human Resources Hiring assistance, onboarding support, staff housing engagement, and general HR operations. Conferences & Events Event setup, janitorial, A/V support, group coordination, and wedding assistance.
