Requirements

Ability to understand and effectively communicate in English.
The ability to work 12-16 hours a day.

Nice To Haves

Previous experience driving field equipment is desirable, but we will train.

Responsibilities

Operate Field Harvest equipment efficiently and safely, as instructed by the crew leader.
Communicate with the crew leader for assurance on proper direction and to keep them informed on equipment functions.
Must be able to safely perform all job duties and adhere to company safety rules and policies.
Maintain the cleanliness of machines.
Other duties as assigned by the crew leader.
