About The Position

The Guest Experience Specialist is the first point of contact for all guests visiting Santa's Village. They are responsible for providing exceptional guest service, answering questions, and resolving guest concerns. The Guest Experience Specialist must be knowledgeable about all aspects of the park, including attractions, shows, dining, and retail. They must also be able to handle cash and credit card transactions accurately and efficiently. This position is seasonal, with the possibility of extension based on performance.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Excellent guest service skills
  • Ability to handle cash and credit card transactions accurately
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Ability to follow all safety procedures and guidelines
  • Must be able to work weekends and holidays

  • Provide exceptional guest service to all visitors
