About The Position

As a Small Format Team Member, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that our guests have a consistent and enjoyable shopping experience. This position involves being proficient in all areas of the store, including cashiering, stocking, presentation, and price accuracy. You will provide exceptional guest service, customizing each experience and anticipating their needs. In this role, you will gain knowledge of guest service fundamentals and experience in retail business fundamentals such as department sales trends, pricing and promotion strategies, inventory management, and process efficiency. You will support daily and weekly workloads to meet business priorities and deliver on sales goals. A typical day will include greeting and servicing guests, ensuring the sales floor is full and organized, pushing and stocking products, conducting price changes, and maintaining inventory accuracy. You will also support guest services with cashiering and order pick-up, ensuring a seamless experience for our guests.
