Seasonal General Merchandise & Food Sales roles are experts in operations, process, and efficiency, ensuring a consistent experience for guests by keeping products set, in-stock, accurately priced, and signed on the sales floor. These roles can provide you with knowledge of guest service fundamentals and experience supporting a guest-first culture across the store, as well as experience in retail business fundamentals such as department sales trends, inventory management, and process efficiency and improvement.

Responsibilities

• Provide tailored suggestions and solutions through active selling and compelling visual merchandising presentations.
• Welcome, thank, and exceed guest service expectations.
• Ensure product is set, in-stock, accurately priced, and signed on the sales floor.
• Support business priorities and deliver on sales goals.
• Accurately handle cash register operations.
• Scan, handle, and move merchandise efficiently and safely, including frequently lifting or moving merchandise up to 40 pounds.
