Responsibilities

• Provide tailored suggestions and solutions through active selling and visual merchandising.
• Welcome and exceed guest service expectations.
• Ensure product is set, in-stock, accurately priced, and signed on the sales floor.
• Support a guest-first culture across the store.
• Execute daily/weekly workload to support business priorities and deliver on sales goals.
• Accurately handle cash register operations.
• Scan, handle, and move merchandise efficiently and safely, including lifting or moving merchandise up to 40 pounds.
