Midland Care Connection is a not-for-profit, community-based organization dedicated to helping older adults and seriously ill individuals stay independent and supported in their homes. Established in 1978, we offer a full continuum of care, including hospice, palliative care, home health, grief and loss counseling, and our signature PACE (Program of All-Inclusive Care for the Elderly) program. Our mission centers on "meeting individual needs through innovative care solutions," and we serve people across multiple counties in northeast Kansas. Seasonal Groundskeeper A groundskeeper at Midland Care Connection during the summer season is responsible for maintaining the appearance and safety of the facility’s outdoor spaces. This includes mowing lawns, trimming and edging grass, watering plants, and caring for landscaping such as trees, shrubs, and flower beds. They also keep the grounds clean by removing trash and debris from walkways, parking areas, and common spaces. In addition, they may perform light maintenance tasks like minor repairs or painting outdoor surfaces, and they regularly use and maintain equipment such as mowers and trimmers.
