About The Position
Chestnut Ridge Apartments located in Amherst, NY is looking for a Seasonal Groundskeeper to undertake the responsibility of the appearance of the exterior of our 108-unit residential apartment community. The goal is to maintain the upkeep of the apartment community and common areas.
Responsibilities
- Keep grounds free from trash, liter, and debris
- Keep the dumpster area free from trash
- Water landscaping as needed
- Maintain pool area
- Ensure laundry rooms are clean
