About The Position

As a groundskeeper you would perform a variety of duties to support the ongoing care and maintenance of the grounds and related areas at SentryWorld Golf Digest lists SentryWorld as one of America’s 100 Greatest Public Golf Courses. Requirements

High School Diploma or equivalent work experience required.
Motivated and punctual, able to work both independently and as a part of a team
Ability to use routine hand and power tools, exercise common courtesy, and understand and follow instructions.
Ability to lift up to 50 pounds as needed
Acceptable Motor Vehicle Record with a valid driver's license
Available to work irregular hours/days to meet deadlines or accommodate weather conditions, which may be flexible up to 40 hours per week.

Responsibilities

Perform maintenance of grounds around SentryWorld Properties. Some tasks include mowing, string trimming, edging, mulching, etc. to enhance the appearance of SentryWorld
Prepare playing surfaces on the golf course such as greens, tees, fairways, rough, bunkers
Assist with projects, cultural practices and other assigned duties from the Golf Course Management team.
