Seasonal Grounds Helper
About The Position
Prepares, plans, grooms, and restores flowerbeds, shrubs, and bushes. Gives attention to the care of non-grass areas. Provides general care for all outdoor areas of Landis Homes. Mows lawns in a professional manner. Assists Grounds team with maintaining campus vehicles and Grounds equipment. Works flexible hours to assist in snow removal or to respond to other unpredictable events such as storm clean-up. Demonstrates dependability, competence, accuracy and is observant. Adheres to compliance policies regarding confidentiality, HIPAA regulations, and resident and client rights. Complies with regulatory agency standards and applicable policies and procedures. Complies with safety and infection control protocols in all aspects of the job. Demonstrates understanding of the Code of Conduct and abides by its guidelines in all aspects of the job.
Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- High school diploma/GED or demonstrated proficiency in reading and writing skills required.
- Maintains current valid Pennsylvania driver's license.
- Possesses the ability to operate maintenance equipment.

- Prior experience in related role preferred.
