About The Position

Cobblestone Creek Country Club is excited to announce an opening for a Seasonal Grounds Crew position! Qualified candidates will thrive in a hospitality environment and be highly focused on providing superior service.

Requirements

Must possess the ability to design, coordinate, and maintain landscaping on the golf course.
Experience with operating greens and fairway mowers preferred.
Must possess the ability to create spray programs for the golf course, including greens, tees, fairways, roughs, and landscaping.
Must possess the ability to operate all tools and equipment related to golf course operations.
Ability to give oral and written instructions.
Skilled in seeding, fertilizing, mulching, and general ground preparation for restoration and renovation.
Must be dependable.

Responsibilities

Maintains clean and organized work areas on the golf course and maintenance facility.
Mows greens, aprons, fairways, roughs, tees, and other areas.
Waters tees, greens, and fairways; operates irrigation heads in dry areas needing additional water.
Repairs the irrigation system, pipes, and irrigation heads as needed.
Grades and prepares soil base, lays sod, and seeds greens, tees, and fairways.
Trims and prunes hedges and shrubbery; cleans flower beds.
Applies pesticides, herbicides, and fertilizers to the golf course.
Performs other duties as assigned by the supervisor or manager.
