Requirements
- 18+ years old
- Able to work early mornings/weekends
- Lift 50 lbs
- Strong attention to detail
Responsibilities
- Greet customers in a friendly and professional manner, addressing any questions or concerns they may have
- Assist customers with selecting and purchasing golf equipment, apparel, and accessories
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the golf shop, ensuring a welcoming and professional atmosphere
- Manage inventory and restock items as needed
- Process transactions accurately and efficiently
- Answer phone calls and schedule tee times for customers
- Provide golf cart and club rentals to customers, as needed
- Keep track of golf course usage and collect fees from customers
- Handle any customer complaints or issues, escalating to management when necessary
- Stay informed on current promotions, sales, and any changes to the golf course schedule
- Work collaboratively with other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience
