What you'll do as a Seasonal General Laborer: Work on asphalt maintenance projects, including crack repair, sealcoating, and line striping at residential and commercial job sites. Operate tools and equipment safely while keeping job sites clean, organized, and ready for the next step. Handle materials, prep work areas, and assist with cleanup to keep projects moving on schedule. Follow safety standards, company procedures, and crew direction while working outdoors in varying weather conditions. Show up on time, work hard, and take on physically demanding tasks as part of a team-focused crew. Travel locally to job sites within about a one-hour radius.
