About The Position

As a Seasonal Fulfillment and Receiving Support Associate at Macy's, you will play a crucial role in ensuring a smooth and efficient holiday shopping experience for our customers. This position is designed to support the store's operations during the busy holiday season, where your primary responsibilities will include managing the flow of merchandise into and out of the store, unloading and processing inventory, and fulfilling customer orders. You will work collaboratively with your team to achieve departmental goals while maintaining a positive and engaging work environment. Customer service is at the heart of this role, and you will be expected to greet and assist customers as needed, ensuring they feel valued and supported during their shopping experience. In this fast-paced role, flexibility is key. You will be required to switch between various tasks, including sorting and labeling merchandise, ensuring that the receiving area is organized and clean, and completing all processing activities in accordance with productivity standards and compliance procedures. Additionally, you will be responsible for ensuring that promotional signage is accurate and up-to-date, moving merchandise to the stockroom or sales floor, and assisting with product placement and seasonal changes. Your ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities and customer needs will be essential in this dynamic environment.
