About The Position

This position involves managing the flow of merchandise into and out of our stores, handling the unloading and processing of inventory, and picking, packing, and shipping customer orders. You will collaborate with other team members to achieve department goals while maintaining a positive work environment. Customer service is at the forefront of this role, as you will be responsible for greeting and assisting customers when needed. We are looking for flexible team players who thrive in a fast-paced environment and can switch between multiple tasks. The role requires working various shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays. You will be responsible for unloading and unpacking merchandise, sorting and labeling items, and ensuring that the receiving area is clean and organized. Additionally, you will complete all processing and receiving activities in accordance with productivity standards and compliance procedures.
