About The Position

The Seasonal Front Desk Associate at Mighty Pilates Santa Monica is responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support at the front desk. Requirements

• Energetic, positive, friendly, and caring demeanor.
• Previous sales or retail experience.
• 1+ year of experience in a reception or customer service role.
• Interest in Pilates or personal fitness.
• Passion for health and well-being.
• Excellent computer skills.

Nice To Haves

• Experience with Adobe Illustrator and InDesign.
• Experience with MindBody Online software.
• Social Media and/or Marketing experience.

Responsibilities

• Maintain the Mind Body Online database, including checking in for classes, making cancellations, and maintaining class schedules.
• Assist trainers with studio schedules and shift coverage requests.
• Sell Monthly Packages to prospects and upsell current clients.
• Perform light reporting and marketing initiatives, including social media posts.
• Maintain studio cleanliness and organization of fitness rooms.
• Field phone calls and assist walk-ins at the front desk.
• Welcome new clients, provide tours, and assist with health profile forms.
• Answer client questions about classes, trainers, and Pilates.
